If you've been putting in work, it seems like your efforts are paying off. The Chariot represents victory and control, and can symbolize triumph over obstacles. It's like a sign of immediate victory.

But I'm going to be a bummer and blow up The Chariot's spot a little bit right now. I am a little mystified every time I pull this card. "Victory" or "upward motion" feels too ambiguous or all-encompassing to me. It's overwhelming, and I feel like pulling The Chariot is kind of like being fussed over when you're like, "victor who?" I always, always, always pull this card whenever I'm coming out on top but I'd rather just be left alone.

The Chariot is good, though! It's like, essentially, every word from Started From The Bottom. It's about moving from darkness to light, good to bad, under-appreciation to appreciation. It's the only card in the major arcana that places direct emphasis on YOU, specifically, reaping the benefits when YOU do the work.

The sun represents the self and vitality, while Saturn represents self-control, boundaries, and rules. This is contributing to a universally fickle vibe. Balancing autonomy with boundaries is a tricky and wobbly game. Also! The moon, who spends about 2.5 days in each sign, moved into mercurial Gemini yesterday.

Are you taking on too much responsibility, or not enough. Are you completely lacking structure at work, or are you chained to your desk. Maybe you haven't been speak up at crucial moments when you need to be heard, but can't shut up at other, less important times. I, personally, have no idea what this is alluding to... (just kidding, I have been bubbling up with frustration about being heard in meetings and had a really untimely meltdown about it, so I know exactly what this is about for me). I've been really feeling like being respected is an essential cog of the wheel that allows me to respond to authority at work. It sounds fucked up when I put it like that. Which is moon + Saturn = square.

how can we work through this?

Applying effort to this mess could majorly pay off, potentially even in a great big self-discovery type of way. I see doing the work here as really reflecting and asking yourself some hard questions: Why are you struggling with this particular boundary? What about this prevents you from feeling good? Why are you resisting the rules? Is it just not the right rule for you, or do you need to step off a little bit? Figure out what it is you need to ask yourself, and then ask. And don't shy away from the shit that you don't want to think about.

This transit might have you questioning or re-evaluating your commitment level. Which can be really good and healthy for you! In any case, I see the Chariot as a representation of all of your efforts paying off and resulting in more clarity and more autonomy in your situation.

For stones, I would recommend carrying or wearing spirit aura quartz which represents harmony, amplifying all of the crystal energies of quartz and amplifying them repeatedly in each of the tiny points.
